There is one trend you have to follow in terms of fashion and it is the printed pants. The look of these pants is very versatile, because they can be worn during every season in different ways and looks. You could wear them casual or formal in many different settings, so that is just one of the reasons why I think printed pants are in fact quite cool!
You can wear them even during winter for example with a nice cable knit top or a dressy blazer and even if it does get cold outside you could wear an aviator jacket over the pants instead or put on some warm socks and find other ways to stay warm during winter.
